Our Service Policy

  • Proper Labelling of Packages

    Dear Customer, please ensure your name+phone number+ method of shipping is clearly written on your goods, failure to do so, such items will be rejected on arrival to our warehouse.

  • Minimum Weight & Charge

    We gladly accept packages of all sizes, both large and small for shipment to Nigeria, However, please note that our minimum charge is based on a 3kg weight (for air), and all items under 3kg will incur a 3kg charge and 0.3CBM for sea. And prepayment is required for shipping in such cases.

    For DDP to US, UK, Canada, Dubai and other destinations, the minimum  weight for air is 10kg and 50Kg for Sea Shipments.

  • Actual & Volumetric Weights

    For air cargo to Nigeria, charges are based on the actual weight. However, for exceptionally voluminous goods, a percentage-based charge may apply. For door-to-door packages destined for the USA, Canada, UK, and other global destinations, charges are determined by the higher of the actual weight or volumetric weight

  • Packing Fees

    Packing Fee for goods above 9kg is $2.4/carton, this covers cost of packing materials.

  • Free Storage Duration

    Items are kept for free in the China warehousing facility for 14 days, if you are expecting more arrivals, however after 14 days, a warehouse charge of 5 RMB/Day applies.

  • Loss, Damages & Refunds

    We follow the best industry standards for international freight forwarding, so safety and security of your goods is of great importance to us, however Naiyuan Mart shall not be held responsible for items damaged in transit,and for missing items, the company will provide a refund 100% of the item value, after the customer has proved beyond reasonable doubt that such items got missing while in the custody of Naiyuan Mart.

  • Fragile Items & Insurance

    While we will exercise utmost care in handling fragile items, it's important to note that all such items are shipped entirely at the owner's risk. We strongly advise purchasing insurance for these goods, priced at just 10% of the declared value, ensuring full coverage of the item's cost in the event of any damage.

  • Customs, Contraband & Seizure

    Naiyuan Mart shall not be held responsible for goods seized by customs or other relevant bodies or Government agency either in China or at the destination, and customers shall be responsible for fines if such arises, please ENSURE all items you buy are in line with rules and regulations of both countries.

  • Taking Items out of our Warehouse

    Please note, we charge 1RMB/KG plus transportation & Consolidation charge of N200/package and any applicable packing charges if you want to move your goods from our warehouse.

  • Exchange Rates & Demurrage

    Payment Invoice for shipments is valid only for 24 hours and the prevailing USD/NGN rates apply on date of payment(Dollar Transfer or Cash Payments is not acceptable) and demurrage of N1000/day applies if you fail to pick your items from our Nigeria warehouse 3 days after arrival.

  • Minimum Order

    The minimum procurement amount is 700 RMB

  • Number of Links

    The Maximum accepted number of links per invoice is 30 links, subsequent number of links will be divided into a new invoice.

  • Deposit Payments

    We require a deposit payment of NGN 3,000 before your invoice is processed, this sum is refunded when your order is placed.

  • Corrections & Cancellations

    Please ensure that your links are accurate before sending them, we will make corrections once, and any further correction is charged at NGN 500/link.

  • Order Placement & Delivery Duration

    Your orders are placed immediately payment has been confirmed, however, we do not control the delivery duration of items as this depend on a number of factors outside our control.

  • Order Status & Refunds

    For out of stock or unavailable items, we will apply for a refund immediately, this refund can be deducted from your shipping bill or used for a new order placement.

  • Order Completion & Shipping

    Orders are shipped immediately when complete or as instructed by you the client.

  • Complaints & After Service

    After receiving your order, please make a video while opening your shipment. This video will be used to apply for after service in case of any issues with your orders.

    We will not attend to issues without this video as it will be impossible to prove your case to suppliers or the platform involved.

    You have 48 hours for all complaints concerning all procurement after receiving your shipment.

  • Payment Timeline

    The duration for payments to reach the suppliers depends on several factors including the chosen payment method, currency conversion, and processing times. Timeline range from 2-4 hours and about 48-72 hours for Wire transfers

  • Our Payment Platforms

    We support all major Chinese payment platforms like Bank transfer, Wechat Pay, Alipay, QQ Pay, eYuan and Cash Payments.

  • Exchange Rates Fluactuation

    Please be aware that due to fluctuating exchange rates, the validity of the provided invoice is limited to 24 hours. In certain cases, this validity period may be shorter, a detail that will be promptly communicated to the client.

  • Proforma Invoice & Payments

    To comply with prevailing governmental regulations, it is mandatory for us to request a proforma invoice for every transaction. This essential document not only ensures adherence to legal requirements but also facilitates smooth processing and verification of payments within the framework set by regulatory authorities. Your cooperation in providing the proforma invoice is greatly appreciated as it enables us to maintain compliance while serving you efficiently and securely.

  • Our Stance Against Fraud

    We strongly condemn all types of payment fraud and will promptly report any fraudulent transactions to the appropriate authorities. Upholding strict vigilance and a zero-tolerance policy, we prioritize the protection of our clients and partners from any illicit or fraudulent activities in the payment processes.
