What is the payment timeline?
Your payment is completed as soon as possible within 2-4 hours, however in some instances, due to Government Regulations, some payments may take up to 24 hours, which will be duly communicated before your payment is made.

What are your charges?
We charge from 2.9 % to 5% payment of total payment value depending on the payment platform.

How Secured are payments with Naiyuan Mart?
All payments are done through official channels, so your payments are secured, however, we do cannot vouch for suppliers, so please verify all suppliers before sending money to them.

How do you Prevent Fraud?
We enforce a rigorous KYC policy and thoroughly validate invoices before processing payments. Any fraudulent activities will be promptly reported to the authorities and pursued legally.

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes you can cancel anytime before payment, however immediately your payment has been received, we can no longer cancel the transaction , we can only assist you to get a refund from the supplier and this attracts a service charge of 1%.
