The duration for payments to reach the suppliers depends on several factors including the chosen payment method, currency conversion, and processing times. Timeline range from 0-4 hours and about 48 hours for cash payments.

We offer the best available rate at any given point in time and our service charge for payments above 30,000 CNY is 1.5% and 2.5% for orders below 30,000 CNY

Kindly be aware that due to fluctuating exchange rates, the validity of the provided invoice is limited to 3 hours. In certain cases, this validity period may be shorter, a detail that will be promptly communicated to the client.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for payment fraud and will immediately report any fraudulent transactions to the authorities. Protecting our clients and partners from illicit activities is our top priority.

We strongly advise verifying all suppliers before making payments, as payments are final and irreversible. We are not liable for unresponsive suppliers or failure to deliver goods or products after payment.

If a supplier needs to issue a refund after payment has been made, we can process it only through the original payment account. A processing fee of 0.5% of the payment amount will apply.
