Please make sure your name, phone number, and shipping method are clearly labeled on your goods. If this information is missing, we won’t be able to accept the items when they arrive at our warehouse.

We’re happy to handle packages of all sizes, big or small, however, for shipment to Nigeria, please keep the following in mind:

• For Air Shipping: The minimum charge is based on a 3kg weight. Items under 3kg will still be charged as 3kg.

• For Sea Shipping: The minimum charge is based on 0.3CBM.

Prepayment is required for all shipments in these cases.

For DDP (Door-to-Door) shipments to the US, UK, Canada, Dubai, and other destinations:

• Air Shipping: Minimum weight is 10kg.

• Sea Shipping: Minimum weight is 50kg.

For air cargo to Nigeria, charges are calculated based on the actual weight of your goods. However, for items that are exceptionally large or bulky, a percentage-based charge may apply.

For door-to-door packages to the USA, Canada, UK, and other global destinations, charges are determined by whichever is higher: the actual weight or the volumetric weight of your shipment.

Your items can be stored in our China warehousing facility free of charge for up to 14 days. If you’re expecting more arrivals within this period, let us know, and we’ll gladly hold them for you.

After the 14-day period, a storage fee of 5 RMB per day will apply.

For goods weighing over 9kg, a packing fee of $2.4 per carton applies. This fee covers the cost of packing materials and labor to ensure your items are securely prepared for shipment.

At Naiyuan Mart, we adhere to the highest industry standards for international freight forwarding, and the safety and security of your goods are our top priorities. However, please note the following:

• Damaged Items: Naiyuan Mart cannot be held responsible for items damaged during transit.

• Missing Items: In the rare event that items go missing while in our custody, we will provide compensation for 100% of the item’s value, provided the customer can prove beyond reasonable doubt that the loss occurred while the items were with us.

Important: If your box or package appears open or broken upon pickup, please inspect and confirm all contents before leaving our facility. Once items depart our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies.

Your trust means everything to us, and we’re committed to ensuring a smooth and secure shipping experience. 

While we take the utmost care in handling expensive and fragile items, please note that all such items are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk. To protect your valuable goods, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance, which is available at just 10% of the declared value. This ensures full coverage of the item’s cost in the unlikely event of damage during transit.

At Naiyuan Mart, we strive to make your shipping experience as smooth as possible. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for goods seized by customs or any government agency, whether in China or at the destination. Customers are responsible for any fines or penalties that may arise in such cases.

To avoid issues, we strongly advise you to ensure all items you purchase comply with the rules and regulations of both the origin and destination countries.

Please note: If you need to move your goods from our warehouse, the following charges will apply:

• Handling Fee: 2 CNY per kilogram (2 CNY/KG)

• Consolidation Fee: 1 CNY per package

• Transportation: Charged by the delivery or third-party trucking company

• Packing Charges: Applicable if additional packing is required

1. Payment Invoice Validity: Invoices for shipments to Nigeria are valid for 24 hours only.

2. Exchange Rate: The prevailing USD/NGN rate on the date of payment will apply. Please note that dollar transfers or cash payments are not accepted.

3. Demurrage Charges: If items are not picked up from our Nigeria warehouse within 3 days of arrival, a demurrage fee of N1000 per day will apply.

1. Waybilling of packages and doorstep delivery are handled by third-party logistics companies. As the client, you are fully responsible for these services.

   While our warehouse staff are available to assist you, please note that Naiyuan Mart is not liable for any damage or missing goods once the shipment departs our facility.

   For a smooth experience, we recommend inspecting your items upon pickup and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made with the logistics provider.
