ANALYSIS
We’ll carefully analyze your requirements, designs, raw materials, and all other specifications, ensuring every detail is thoroughly discussed and aligned with your vision.

RESEARCH
We’ll conduct in-depth research to identify the ideal factory that aligns with your design requirements, budget, and quality standards, and then provide you with a detailed quote.

PAYMENT
Once the quote has been provided, and all discussions, negotiations, and adjustments are finalized, a 70% payment is required to initiate the manufacturing process.

SAMPLING
We will make a sample of your product and send it over for approval, this step is very important as sample determines the final production.

Production
Once the sample is approved, your products will be manufactured under the close supervision of your dedicated agent and our rigorous quality control team, ensuring every detail meets your expectations.

Testing
Once a production batch is completed, our QC team conducts thorough testing to ensure all products meet specifications and quality standards. Then remaining 30% payment is processed, and your order moves forward to packaging and shipping.

delivery
Upon completion of production and batch testing, we will coordinate shipping and delivery to your specified destination.
Quotes: All quotes provided by Naiyuan Mart are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of request and may be subject to change if requirements are altered.
Payment Terms: A 70% deposit is required to commence manufacturing, with the remaining 30% due upon completion and approval of the order. Payment methods and schedules will be outlined in the service agreement.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in delays in production or shipping and may incur additional fees.
Naiyuan Mart will provide an estimated production timeline based on the project scope. Delays caused by changes in client requirements, late approvals, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions) may impact the timeline.
Client Ownership: All designs, specifications, and intellectual property provided by the client remain the client’s sole property.
Naiyuan Mart Ownership: Any designs, tools, or processes developed by Naiyuan Mart during the manufacturing process remain the property of Naiyuan Mart unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the order after production has commenced, the 70% deposit is non-refundable. Additional costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will also be charged.
Cancellation by Naiyuan Mart: Naiyuan Mart reserves the right to cancel the order if the client fails to meet their obligations (e.g., non-payment, repeated delays in approvals). In such cases, the client will be liable for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
Naiyuan Mart agrees to keep all client information, designs, and project details confidential. We will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s prior written consent, except as required by law.
Upon receiving your shipment, we advise you to record a video while opening and checking the items. This video will be essential for resolving any issues that may arise after delivery. Please note, there is a 4-day time limit to submit any complaints after receiving your order. You can send all concerns directly to your procurement agent for prompt assistance.
